SHIPPING POLICY

Due to the high volume of orders please allow 7 business days for your order to be processed. Once processed for shipping, you will receive notification of your tracking number. It sometimes takes up to 48 hours for tracking numbers to be updated by the post office. The shipping time frame may vary between 3-5 days based on the delivery carrier.

If you are experiencing a non-delivery or your tracking information states that your package was delivered by the carrier (UPS, FedEx or USPS) but you have not received it; you MUST contact the carrier. 

CutieBoots Boutique does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered. There are NO EXCEPTIONS!!!

Please ensure your billing and shipping addresses are correct prior to completion of your order. Due to cardholder security, we will not update shipping addresses. Packages that are “returned to sender” due to incorrect shipping information provided by customer, will be issued a store credit minus shipping costs. 

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship to most international countries. Transit time can vary depending on what option you select. Post Priority Mail - Transit time varies 7 - 14 business days. For this shipping option your order is shipped with the United States Postal Service. Once your package reaches your country, it will be transferred to your local mail carrier who will then fulfill your delivery. This can take anywhere from 3 to 5 Business days.

Please NoteInternational shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties, and customs fees, which are levied once your package reaches the country of destination and are the sole responsibility of the customer. CutieBoots Boutique cannot predict what your duties, taxes or cutoffs fees may be. CutieBoots Boutique is not responsible for payment of customs, taxes, and duties. For more information regarding your country’s customs policies please contact your local customs office. Orders that are refused will be charged the original shipping plus return shipping to us or may even be subject to become a total loss.
