WHAT ARE THE FORMS OF PAYMENTS ACCEPTED?
We accept all major credit cards, shop pay, apple pay, google pay and also Klarna.
When placing an order, the correct billing address must be entered for the order to be approved. The billing address is the address registered on your account.
DOES MY ORDER REQUIRE VERIFICATION?
Some orders are subject to CutieBoots Boutique’s Verification procedure which means that, for your protection from credit card fraud or identity theft, we may ask you to verify that you're the card owner or what items make up your order and the ship-to information to make sure the order is not a fraudulent order. This process rarely delays an order, and generally requires either a simple call-back (which can be done after business hours) or by email.
If your order requires Verification, we will advise you by phone or e-mail. Therefore, it's important when placing an order that you include a contact phone numbers.
It is also important that you understand what is considered bill-to information during the checkout process. The bill-to address is the address to which your bank mails your monthly credit card statement. The bill-to address you give us must agree with the address that the card issuing bank has on file. Please be sure you provide the correct information, even if the items are to be shipped to a different location.
If you order is automatically cancelled, that means your order was considered a high-risk fraudulent order which will be cancelled by our risk analysis expert team.
We regret that this is necessary, but it is designed to protect the card owner as well as the retailer.
HAS MY ORDER BEEN SHIPPED?
You will receive an email order confirmation once your order has been received, in addition, a shipping confirmation email will be sent once your order has been fulfilled and shipped. This confirmation will include the tracking number for your package.
CAN I MODIFY/CANCEL MY ORDER?
Unfortunately, once your order has been placed and an order number has been assigned, we are unable to modify or cancel any order. When your order arrives, please follow exchange instructions for a store credit.
MY ITEM IS A PREORDER, CAN I RECEIVE MY OTHER ITEMS BEFORE IT SHIPS?
Unfortunately, we do not ship preorder items separately. However, if you would like to pay standard shipping to have your other items arrive before your preorder, please email email@example.com to request a shipping invoice. Pre-Ordered items are items reserved with an estimated shipping date. Estimated shipping dates are ESTIMATED and may change depending on the vendor.
Of course, you will be notified as soon as this has been made aware.
All pre-orders MUST be paid in full at the time of reservation. You will be notified via email when item(s) are ready to ship. Pre-Orders are treated as all other purchases. Orders cannot be cancelled once orders are completed with an order number.
DO YOU RESTOCK PRODUCTS?
Typically, we do restock items every two weeks, however, in the instance that an item is out of stock during the process of fulfilling your order we will send you and item stating the item you ordered is on backorder. Once restocked, we will immediately get your order shipped immediately. Please ensure that you are signed up for our email list to stay updated on restock status.
WHY IS MY PRODUCT OUT OF STOCK?
Because of our quest to provide you with the latest in fashion we do not stock large quantities of any item. For this reason, we may not have the merchandise you have ordered. You will receive an email advising you of any out-of-stock items. Don’t be sad, we typically do restock items every two weeks and update our site often with the cutest grown and sexy pieces that we know you will love.
