I started Cutie Boots Boutique in 2020 during the pandemic because it seems as if all the huge businesses around us had started to go out of business. I wanted to ensure the online shoppers and newbies to online shopping that they still would be able to ease their minds off the pandemic and shop for some of the cutest apparel or gift ideas.
